Terms + Conditions of Sale

Articles in original condition may be  returned for refund  or exchange within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt. Thereafter, it may be exchanged, for store credit or merchandise, if returned within 30 days. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original form of payment.

Special orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable. A special order constitutes any merchandise ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer's request. 

Libutti Jewelers will clean your jewelry free of charge. We recommend to have this done at least twice a year. 

If your purchase includes a gemstone, please note that many gemstones have historically and traditionally been enhanced to improve color and/or stability.

Articles placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date on your receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment before the end of this period, the item (s) will be returned to stock. The original deposit and subsequent payments will not be refunded after said 90 days, but can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise. 

Your receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your insurance agent). Formal appraisals can be produced upon request.

Since many stone treatments such as fracture filling, laser drilling, and other clarity or color enhancements may be undetectable to the eye, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the craftsman of these pre-existing conditions. Libutti Jewelers is not responsible for stones that may be damaged in setting or repair work due to these unknown conditions.

Note: a jeweler, designer, or other representative of Libutti Jewelers may determine additional information of work needed after inspection. You will be contacted before work is begun regarding these changes.
